Colley’s White Collar and Fraud Investigations team is made up of experienced investigators specialized in conducting investigations in complex cases involving serious fraud and misconduct in a variety of settings. Led by former federal prosecutors and seasoned investigators, our team, including retired special agents and Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE's), is well-versed in the distinction between information and evidence and understands what will play well in front of judges and juries.
But our capabilities extend well-beyond “boots on the ground” work. In 2009, we launched one of the industry’s first dedicated multilingual open-source intelligence (OSINT) desks to aid attorneys and law firms in the collection and preservation of evidence online. Today, our desk has grown to include a full-team of multilingual, highly-skilled analysts that can locate information online, analyze data and conduct research in every corner of cyberspace. So regardless of where the evidence is located, across the pond or across the blockchain, if it’s out there, we will find it.
